Using Evizion Booking
Purpose and operator
Evizion Booking is operated by Ruben Gutierrez | DJ Evo of EVIZION MUSIC for event inquiries, quote review, agreement acceptance and event planning. Evizion Booking Email supports related transactional notifications. These terms describe use of the application; event services are governed by the final event agreement reviewed with DJ Evo.
Requests and quotes
Submit accurate contact and event details and update DJ Evo if your plans change. Estimates are preliminary. Availability, service scope, travel and extras require owner review and approval. Submitting a request, receiving an email, or viewing a quote does not by itself confirm a booking.
Agreements and confirmation
Review the approved price and final agreement before accepting. If a quote is revised, the revised terms require acceptance. A booking is confirmed only after accepted final terms and verification of the required deposit by DJ Evo. The application calculates the deposit at 35% of the approved total. The final event agreement specifies services, schedule, payment, cancellation and rescheduling provisions.
Payments
Use the Zelle recipient and instructions displayed for your event and verify the recipient in your banking application before sending. The application does not initiate or automatically detect Zelle payments. Sending payment does not automatically update the booking page. DJ Evo confirms receipt and records the verified amount. Questions about refunds, changes or cancellation should be addressed through the final event agreement and written communication with DJ Evo.
Private event links
Keep your event link private. A person with a valid link can access its customer event page. Contact DJ Evo if the link is lost or disclosed. Generating a replacement link invalidates the prior link. Do not attempt to access another customer’s information or use the application to send spam or false requests.
Email notifications
Transactional emails support the booking process and use the customer’s selected language where available. Delivery may be delayed, rejected or filtered. Gmail authorization may expire or be revoked. Save your event link and contact DJ Evo if an expected message does not arrive. A Gmail delivery status is not proof that the recipient read the email.
Information and access
The privacy policy explains how information is processed. Owner administration is restricted to the configured owner account. Application access may also be limited by the hosting provider’s sign-in and sharing settings. Customers do not need to connect Gmail to receive emails.
Availability and contact
The application depends on hosting, sign-in and email services and may be unavailable during maintenance or provider interruptions.
